I wanted 100% Raspberry Ketone but it is REALLY hard to find and very hard to find for under $30 whether pure or mixed. I actually knew of the best deal at Puritan's Pride for a different brand - but I wasn't happy with Puritan Pride's customer service so I searched for alternatives. I settled on this because the price was decent, though it is not 100% raspberry ketone - it has some green tea and something they call 'multiberry complex' - nothing extreme though I was worried about too much caffeine from the green tea since I already consume a lot of green tea powder and drink coffee. Another downside, though, is that a serving is 2 capsules, which I take 3 times a day. I am going back to the other product.

It made it easier for me to not have to be so strict on my diet. I am a member of weight watchers too and exercise 20 minutes at least 4 days a week. Only after taking this product am I able to cheat on my diet and still lose weight (nothing too overboard). I could eat pizza for dinner once a week, for example, and still lose weight. It helps curb appetite too. I will continue to use this product. I experienced no side effects.
